TORONTO BATH CENTRE POLICY
Toronto Bath Centre policy lasts 15 calendar days. If days have gone by since yourpurchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Customer is responsible for returning items in original packages as received and will
incur a restocking fee of 25%.
Your item has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be
eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original box.
We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.
Please report the damage issues within 24 hours after pick up or delivery.
Please note: Items on promotion, showroom display and special orders are final sale. REFUNDS
We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item when it has
been received and examined. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or
denied.
Please get in touch with your credit card company if your refund is delayed; it could take
some time for it to be officially posted.

Item replacements are only offered in case of defects or damages. In
case you require to replace it with the exact same product, kindly email us at info@toron
